Two Programs, One Platform

Two national welfare programmes running on a single secure platform — saving money and preventing fraud by sharing one system.

Family Card

Monthly Tk 2,000–2,500 cash or food support. Issued in women's names. Covers rice, lentils, oil, salt, daily necessities. Targets poverty reduction and women's economic self-reliance.

Farmer Card

Agricultural subsidies, credit access, crop insurance, smart advisory. Covers fertilizer, seeds, equipment, irrigation. Includes fisheries and livestock producers.

What We're Building

One national platform handling identity checks, enrollment, and payments — with separate modules for each programme's specific needs.

Identity & Verification

National ID verification using fingerprint or face scan through the Porichoy gateway. De-duplication across both programs to prevent double enrollment.

Smart Enrollment

Automated eligibility checking against 7+ government databases. Smart targeting using poverty and farming data.

Secure Payments

NPSB payment switch connecting to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket for direct mobile money transfers. Real-time tracking with complete records of every transaction.

Offline-Capable Cards

QR code smart cards that work even without internet. Built for rural areas where internet may be weak or unavailable.

Real-time Monitoring

Fraud detection, program tracking, and live dashboards. Smart monitoring that flags suspicious activity across all transactions.

Grievance System

Complaints accepted by phone, SMS, or in person with guaranteed response times. Multiple ways to report issues, with tracking until resolved.
